“We wanted to enlarge our kitchen to match up with an existing dining room extension to create a kitchen/diner. Nick went through all the options with us until we were happy with the plan. He introduced us to his team of skilled professionals who each listened to what we wanted and using their knowledge and experience offered suggestions as to how best to achieve our aims. The costings they presented were detailed and each stage clearly priced. This attention to detail was followed throughout the build, which was finished on time.
Everyone in Nick’s team is very friendly and it was a pleasure getting to know them all. They are professional, taking great pride in their work, which is completed to a high standard, always with an eye for detail and making sure that we were happy. They work very well together as a team, under Nick’s direction and coordination, and there is constant liaison so that everyone is aware of the progress of the build. When the work was taking place, whether inside or outside, the area was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day and every effort was made to cause the minimum of disruption to us.
Nick was always attentive and contactable at all times, making sure any query was addressed straight away and making frequent visits to the house to ensure everything was progressing well. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him or his team, even when we requested additional work late in the process.
The new extension has created a spacious kitchen area, beautifully designed and fitted to a very high standard, and knocking through into the existing dining room has opened up the whole area into a large family living space. We are absolutely delighted with the stunning transformation to our house, very many thanks go to Nick and his whole team.
