“We moved into our house 5 years ago with a view to adding a kitchen diner at the back of the property. We were warned to prepare ourselves for at least six months of stress and upheaval. Last year we finally decided to take the plunge. We got a couple of quotes but from the outset we were impressed by Nick’s attention to detail. He sat with us on many evenings(!) going through the figures/plans and ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. He introduced us to members of his team before the work got started and we were confident that they would do a good job, which they all did.
Nick and his team worked tirelessly throughout the winter of 2017. They ensured that the work caused the minimum of disruption to us throughout the project. They were easily contactable when we needed to ask questions (no disappearing from the site for days on end!) and suggested ways they thought we could improve the layout.
