The whole team worked really well together to ensure the best outcome, with excellent communication and they made sure we knew what was happening from day to day. They ensured that we were happy at every stage, always careful not to rush us when decisions needed to be made and going out of their way to make life as easy as possible for us during the build (they even put in a temporary cat flap at one stage).
